Role overview
Export Sales Executive role growing and managing customers across the Middle East outside the UAE.
The role combines new account development with existing customer management and ownership of the export sales cycle from quotation through documentation and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships across GCC and wider Middle East markets outside the UAE.
- Manage existing customers, quotations, order processing, and relationships.
- Convert and follow up on trade show and exhibition leads.
- Prepare export documentation and coordinate shipping, Incoterms, and delivery timelines with Logistics.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, and regional sales performance.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows and client visits as required.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records using MS Office and ERP software.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Candidate requirements
- 3–5 years of export or international sales experience; packaging, plastics, industrial components, or FMCG-adjacent B2B sales is ideal.
- Application details separately require 10 years of business development executive experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms, or a clear ability to learn them quickly.
- Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory; English and Hindi are listed as required languages.
- Comfortable with regional travel.
- Strong MS Office proficiency and hands-on ERP experience.
- Bachelor's degree and UAE light vehicle driving license are required.
