Role overview
Amana Business Services seeks a goal-oriented Business Development Executive in Dubai.
The role focuses on acquiring clients for corporate formation, trade licensing, visa processing, and PRO solutions for businesses expanding across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore company structures.
- Pitch and cross-sell trade license issuance and renewals, Golden Visas, family and employment visa processing, document attestation, and PRO support.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Build client relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
- Keep current with UAE labor laws, corporate setup regulations, and DED, ICP, MOHRE, and GDRFA portal updates.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE business setup or corporate services sector.
- Deep knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland business setup processes.
- Strong verbal and written English; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, with a record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Currently residing in Dubai and available to start immediately.
