Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Engineer specializing in Civil Infrastructure.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales within the civil infrastructure sector.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and delivering comprehensive presentations to clients.
The role further entails collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Business Development skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and execution, with a focus on achieving targets
- Effective Communication skills to engage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for market analysis and decision-making
- A degree in civil engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the civil infrastructure industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai with a flexible and proactive approach
