Full-time Business Development Director in the Business Development / Sales / Strategy department.
Lead growth initiatives, identify market opportunities, build partnerships, and expand revenue and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies; identify clients, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders; negotiate and oversee commercial agreements.
- Develop markets, expand accounts, secure partnerships, and conduct market and competitor research.
- Lead the business development team and collaborate across management, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor performance, pipelines, and KPIs; prepare reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong business development, sales management, commercial strategy, or corporate partnerships background.
- Leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to turn opportunities into profitable partnerships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities; proficient with business reporting, presentations, and CRM systems.
