Onesoul Social seeks a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive new business, manage incoming leads, build pitches, and strengthen the agency’s marketing.
The role combines digital marketing knowledge, brand communication, and conversion of qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own qualified inbound leads generated through performance-marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements, assess opportunities, and prepare customized pitch presentations.
- Book and coordinate meetings with prospective clients; present the agency’s services in initial conversations.
- Identify and approach prospective fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, hospitality, and allied brands.
- Research prospects’ digital presence and identify gaps or opportunities before pitching.
- Develop and execute agency marketing strategies focused on digital visibility, lead generation, and founder-led positioning.
- Support strategic digital-marketing discussions for selected key clients.
Key performance indicators
Qualified meetings booked and their quality.
New retainer revenue generated and conversion of qualified leads into active opportunities.
New business opportunities from proactive outreach and contribution to marketing and business-development strategy.
What the employer is looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to understand brands quickly and think strategically.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills; confident speaking with founders, business owners, and marketing teams.
- Able to create well-structured, persuasive pitch presentations, with a commercial mindset and understanding of client needs.
Good to have
- Experience with a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, or hospitality brands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales pipelines.
- Strong PowerPoint or Canva presentation skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at ₹50,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; the posting identifies Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra for commuting or relocation.
