Your Role in the Field
- You are the face of Heritage. This is a hands-on, door-to-door role where you’re not just selling—you’re solving problems for homeowners.
- Knock & Connect: Canvass neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and build relationships with homeowners. Inspect & Educate: Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process. Advocate: Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. Manage: Oversee projects from the first knock to the final shingle, ensuring 5-star service. Grow: Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
What You Bring to the Table
The Hustle: Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win. The Personality: Outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone—especially in a door-to-door setting. The Basics: Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days). The Grit: Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently. Background: Former athletes, military veterans, and hospitality pros thrive here.
The Compensation
- Training Phase (90 Days): Base Pay + $ per verified claim + Commission. Post-Training: Uncapped commission—your effort directly determines your income.
