Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, research markets, and maintain lead and prospect records.
• Prepare proposal documents, presentations, and supporting materials for timely, high-quality submissions.
• Respond to client inquiries, coordinate meetings, and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to align business development with service capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, support marketing and outreach, and contribute to internal performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis; experience preparing proposals and sales or bid documents.
• Customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software such as MS Office; consulting or construction experience is advantageous.
