About Dembri

Dembri Technologies is a DIFC-licensed compliance management platform built for UAE corporate service providers and PRO firms.

We help CSP and PRO firms track trade licences, visas, Corporate Tax, ESR, and e-invoicing deadlines across their client portfolios — automatically, with alerts before anything lapses.

We are onboarding our first design partners and looking for a driven Business Development Consultant to help us connect with the right firms.

The Role

You will identify, approach, and qualify corporate service providers and PRO firms in Dubai and across the UAE on behalf of Dembri.

This is a field and relationship-driven role — you will make introductions, book meetings, and support the founder in closing design partner agreements.

This is a commission-only freelance engagement.

You set your own hours.

You work from wherever you are.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and visit CSP and PRO firms across Dubai and UAE
  • Introduce Dembri and qualify prospects using a simple script provided
  • Book meetings and demos with decision makers (founders, MDs, operations directors)
  • Follow up on warm leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Log all activity in our CRM (Zoho — training provided)
  • Represent Dembri professionally in all interactions

What We Are Looking For

  • Based in UAE — Dubai preferred
  • Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate services, PRO services, or business setup is a strong advantage
  • Existing network in the UAE CSP or PRO industry is a major plus
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • Smartphone with WhatsApp Business
  • Presentable and professional in field visits

Compensation

  • AED 200 per qualified meeting booked with a decision maker
  • AED 750 per design partner signed (90-day free pilot)
  • AED 2,000 per paying customer converted after trial
