Position and department

Minimum required qualifications

• Specialty in sales and marketing.
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Mass Communication.
• At least two years of business-development experience; experience with a certification body or management-systems consultancy is preferred.
• Training such as ISO 9001 or relevant ISO 9001 training, a similar qualification, or safety-management certification is listed.
• Knowledge of markets, legal requirements, and management-systems information.
• Analytical skills for client management and sales-data management.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

• Achieve sales targets for certification and training in the assigned CR area, with full utilization contributing to revenue.
• Develop new clients each quarter in line with targets and RFP opportunities; visit new and existing customers monthly.
• Provide competitor-intelligence information three times per month.
• Maintain process and technical compliance for contract documents; submit proposals and invoices to clients.
• Cross-sell other business lines, manage clients and data integrity, and collect accounts-receivable payments.
• Suggest new products based on projected sales and revenue.
