Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling or retail sales with a focus the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to set appointments effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
- Knowledge of automobile sales, dealership operations, or inventory management is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Public speaking experience can enhance your ability to present solutions confidently in various settings
- Customer service orientation combined with retail math proficiency for accurate inventory control and sales calculations
