Business Development Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of business development, cold calling, or lead generation experience
• Comfort navigating professional B2B sales conversations with pharmacy owners and managers
• Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative style
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused on key objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Zoho or Salesforce also relevant)
• Research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
