Job Functions

Meeting Generation: Spend a significant portion of your day identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and booking meetings for the sales team. Comfort initiating phone calls and conversations with prospective referral partners and business contacts is a must. Previous cold-calling experience is helpful but not required; confidence, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to learn are essential.

Your primary focus will be researching prospective accounts, generating high-quality calendar appointments for the BDMs in all markets.

CRM Management & Quality Assurance: Become the champion of our CRM system. You will be responsible for keeping the infrastructure and contacts clean, organized, and up to date. Additionally, you will assist the VP of Sales with Quality Assurance (QA) by monitoring the system and ensuring data, activities, and notes are updated on a regular basis.

Sales, Event & Administrative Support: Take ownership of the essential administrative tasks that keep our sales engine running smoothly. You will handle the "behind-the-scenes" work so our BDM team can focus on selling. You will have the opportunity to shadow the BDM team and provide coverage when necessary. You will also represent the company at select events.

Business Development Assistance: Support the broader business development team with relationship-building activities.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle various random administrative tasks as needed to support the growth and efficiency of the sales department.
