Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based Marketing Partner / Business Development Associate opportunity.

The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and introducing organizations that may benefit from ARINSA AI MINDS' technology services and consulting solutions.

This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, networking, business outreach, and partnership development.

Compensation

is performance-based and paid upon successful client acquisition and project closure.

100% Commission-Based Opportunity

  • No fixed salary.
  • Commission is paid only upon successful conversion of referred leads into paying clients.
  • Commission is paid when a project engagement is finalized and payment is received from the client.
  • No commission for sharing contact information only.
  • No commission for unqualified leads.

  • Coordinate introductions and facilitate initial business discussions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the ARINSA AI MINDS team to support business growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company professionally during networking, outreach, and business meetings.
  • Help expand the company's presence across local and international markets.
