About the role
Accountax UAE seeks a Business Development Associate with SaaS sales experience to develop new business for its SaaS and business solutions in the UAE.
The role is based in Dubai and is on-site, with full-time employment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads in the UAE.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp and email outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and develop business relationships.
- Present SaaS and software solutions to potential clients; schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain sales activities and leads in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- SaaS sales experience is required.
- Software, ERP, CRM, fintech or accounting-services sales experience is preferred.
- UAE/GCC sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills and confident telephone and face-to-face communication.
- CRM and lead-generation experience; comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 2,000–3,000, plus performance incentives.
Workplace and visa
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
- Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred; company sponsorship may be available.
