OPTIMA provides customized facility management solutions and operates as an allied practice of KEO International Consultants.
The opportunity is a Tamheer business development training placement based at the Riyadh office.
The program duration is four months.
Training Responsibilities
- Learn the business development function, company offerings, target customers and relevant market segments.
- Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify opportunities and present findings.
- Research potential customers and identify prospects using agreed criteria.
- Support lead qualification and learn the business development process from opportunity identification through follow-up.
- Develop communication and client engagement skills through drafting, meeting preparation and role-play.
- Support presentations, company profiles, research summaries and other business development materials.
- Maintain opportunity records and present research findings and market insights.
- Participate in mentoring and performance review sessions.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- For co-op and internship placements, applicants must be graduates or have been unemployed for more than six months.
- Currently reside in Riyadh and be available to work in Riyadh for the four-month program.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
