Business Development & Sales Executive – Luxury Packaging & Manufacturing

The Box Artisans is a leading Dubai-based luxury packaging and product manufacturing

company with over 20 years of international experience.

We specialise in bespoke

packaging, luxury gifting solutions, leather goods, accessories, and premium product

development for some of the region's most recognised brands.

Our turnkey service

includes concept development, in-house design, sourcing, manufacturing, and project

management, offering clients complete transparency and exceptional quality from

concept to completion.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive

new business opportunities across the region, GCC and international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills,

and the ability to confidently engage with senior decision-makers across luxury retail,

hospitality, corporate, events, beauty, jewellery, fashion, and gifting sectors.

This role requires a strategic, top-down sales approach, targeting key stakeholders and

decision-makers within organisations while building long-term client relationships that

generate sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across targeted
  • industries.
  • Implement a top-down sales strategy, engaging directly with business owners,
  • directors, procurement teams, marketing departments, and senior decision-
  • makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with
  • confidence and professionalism.
  • Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and business development
  • meetings to expand market presence.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market
  • opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience within Dubai and local market.
  • Strong local business network.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional when presenting to clients.
  • Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Driving license preferred.
