About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive who can wear multiple hats.
This is not a desk-only job.
You will be out in the field, meeting people, building relationships, closing deals — and also contributing to our digital presence and marketing efforts.
If you are someone who communicates well, carries themselves professionally, and understands both the people side and the business side of things, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, sponsors, and brand partners
- Represent Current Crime in meetings, events, and field visits professionally
- Negotiate and close partnerships and collaboration deals
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to grow brand visibility
- Manage and grow social media handles — content scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics
- Coordinate with the internal team on campaigns and on-ground activities
- Travel locally and regionally for client meetings and business development
What We'Re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or media industry
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required
- Prior experience in media, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory
