Seeking a Sales Development Specialist for a B2B service brand in Mumbai!
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads.
- Execute outreach campaigns via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and follow-ups.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead quality, and conversions.
- Attend industry events/webinars (as required) to network and source leads.
Job Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales, proficiency with prospecting and creating decks is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and client engagement.
- Experience with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Creating decks on PPT is also a valued skillset.
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing process.
