• Office Administration & Document Management
- Organize and maintain all physical and digital files, documents, and business data efficiently.
• Sales & Client Acquisition
- Actively search for new clients, generate leads, and successfully close/finalize business deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure strong business relationships.
• Market Research & Product Sourcing
- Conduct smart internet research to identify new product lines and profitable business opportunities.
• International Correspondence & Procurement
- Handle international business correspondence.
- Negotiate effectively with overseas suppliers to secure the best pricing and commercial terms.
• Logistics & Shipping Coordination
- Coordinate and correspond with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
