  • 🎯 المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:
  • بناء الشراكات:
  • استهداف وانتقاء شركاء يتوافقون مع رؤية وقيم العلامة التجارية.
  • بناء وإدارة شبكة علاقات مؤسسية مستدامة مع رواد الأعمال وصناع القرار في قطاع القهوة المختصة.
  • تمثيل العلامة التجارية لـ "أقاهي" بإحترافية.
  • الاستشارات وتصميم الحلول (B2B):
  • فهم ودراسة احتياجات وتحديات العملاء في قطاع الأعمال.
  • تصميم وتقديم "باقات حلول" متكاملة ومخصصة تساهم في تطوير أعمال الشركاء ورفع كفاءتهم التشغيلية.
  • قيادة المبادرات التي تضمن تحقيق نمو صحي ومستدام للشركة ولعملائها.
  • 💼 المتطلبات والخبرات:
  • **الخبرة:**
  • من (2 إلى 5 سنوات) خبرة عملية مثبتة في قطاع القهوة المختصة.
  • **المنهجية:**
  • عقلية استشارية (Consultative Mindset) مبادرة، قادرة على تحليل التحديات وخلق قيمة مضافة للعميل.
  • **المهارات الشخصية:**
  • مهارات في التفاوض، والإقناع، وبناء العلاقات المهنية (Networking).
  • **الوعي التجاري:**
  • وعي تجاري ومالي ممتاز، لفهم أثر الحلول المقدمة على ربحية العميل والشركة، مع التزام عالٍ بالجودة.
