Elite Maintenance & Tree Service is growing, and we're looking for two high-energy Business Development Managers—one for the Bay Area and one for the Greater Sacramento Region.

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with Community Managers, Property Managers, HOAs, Commercial Property Managers, and Facilities Managers.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to develop winning proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Attend networking events, industry associations, golf tournaments, and client functions.
• Represent the Elite brand as a trusted advisor.

• 3+ years of Business Development, Outside Sales, or B2B Sales experience.
• Commercial landscape, construction, facilities services, property management, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
