Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition for our HR recruitment business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and securing recruitment contracts to support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and approach potential clients (companies hiring in UAE)
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Pitch recruitment services and close deals/contracts
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal recruitment team
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain a pipeline of active and prospective clients
- Stay updated with UAE job market trends and hiring demands
- Key Skills & Competencies.
1. Sales & Closing Ability (Top Priority)
Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment business development
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
2. Network in UAE Market
Existing connections with HRs, companies, or decision-makers
Experience working in Dubai/UAE market preferred
3. Communication Skills
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Confident in pitching and presentations
4. Lead Generation Skills
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and cold outreach
Ability to independently generate business
5. Target-Driven Mindset
Comfortable working on revenue targets and incentives
Self-motivated and performance-oriented
6. Industry Understanding
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring cycles
Understanding of different industries hiring in UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 1–4years of experience in recruitment sales / business development
- Experience in HR consultancy or staffing agency is a strong advantage.
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary + High Incentives / Commission per client
- Commission on each successful deal or placement
- Performance-based bonuses
