Business/Data Analyst - Hiring UAE National

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity

2. Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Use statistical techniques to support business decisions
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

4. Business Support

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking

5. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and efficiency
• Automate reporting and analysis where possible

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or similar role

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python or R preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
