We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Data Business Analyst to join our Finance Data Delivery team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, supporting transformation initiatives across Finance Operations and Actuarial functions. The Ideal candidate will work with the Product Owners, Business SMEs, Data Owners and the Scrum team to understand and analyse the data needs of the projects they are working on, do conceptual, logical and physical data mapping, and be the SPOC for any data queries for the engineering and testing team. Preferably, they will have experience in Insurance and/or Investment Management industry.

Minimum 6–10 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst in financial services or insurance.

Strong understanding of data analysis, data governance, and business process modelling.

Experience in comparing, analysing data sets, patterns and schemas

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (i.e. SQL, Excel, Python).

Experience with Azure technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Factory) is a plus
