About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business & Corporate Consultant
to join our client's growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE business setup, corporate advisory, company formation, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic business setup solutions to local and international clients, guiding them through the entire company formation process across Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, and ADGM jurisdictions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, recommend the most suitable corporate structures, and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the most appropriate business setup solutions based on their commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end company formation processes for Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, and ADGM entities.
- Provide expert guidance on corporate structuring, licensing, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, free zone authorities, banks, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate business incorporation.
- Prepare and review documentation required for company registration, licensing, and ongoing corporate compliance.
- Stay up to date with changes in UAE laws, regulations, and business licensing policies to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional consultation and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle complex client requirements and provide practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of client engagements and achievement of business objectives.
Required
- Minimum
- 2 years of UAE experience
- in Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Business Consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of
Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, and ADGM
- company formation procedures.
- Excellent understanding of UAE corporate laws, licensing regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Preferred
- Legal background or experience in corporate law.
- Experience with ADGM incorporation and compliance procedures.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
