ISA Media Group is looking for a sharp, structured and commercially driven Business Controller / Commercial Operations Coordinator for our Dubai office.
We are a media and growth company with more than 25 years of experience, working with some of Denmark’s biggest media platforms and handling thousands of advertising bookings and campaigns every month across Denmark and Germany.
We operate with high energy, fast decision-making and a strong sales culture — and we are now looking for a young, ambitious and fast-thinking operational profile who can help us create even more structure, transparency and operational control across the business.
This Role Is About One Thing
- Making sure every sale becomes delivered, invoiced and paid correctly.
- You will become a key operational link between:
- sales
- production
- finance
- media partners
- and management.
- Your responsibility is to ensure that nothing gets lost between departments, systems, production, invoicing or payment.
- You will oversee the full operational flow:
- Sale → Booking → Production → Delivery → Invoicing → Payment → Follow-up.
Your Responsibilities
- validate orders, pricing, discounts and invoicing
- ensure correct delivery flow with media houses and production
- coordinate materials, deadlines and operational execution
- control CRM data, reporting and operational accuracy
- follow up on missing information, invoicing and payments
- ensure commissions and revenue are calculated correctly
- create overview, transparency and operational control
- help optimize workflows, systems and internal processes.
Who We Are Looking For
- We are not looking for a traditional senior corporate profile.
- We are looking for someone who:
- has 3–5 years of relevant experience
- is young, ambitious and full of energy
- thinks fast and learns quickly
- understands systems, workflows and commercial operations
- is strong with Excel, reporting and digital tools
- is curious about AI, automation and smarter ways of working
- thrives in a high-performance and sales-driven culture
- is proactive, outgoing and not afraid to push things forward
- takes ownership seriously.
- You do not need 15 years of experience.
- Mindset, speed, structure and energy are far more important to us than titles and corporate background.
Experience
with CRM systems, dashboards, AI tools or BI reporting is a strong advantage.
Danish is preferred.
German is an advantage.
Strong English skills are required.
