Business Consultant - Resident Visa holder Preferred -COMMISSION BASED JOB PROFILE
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team - COMMISSION BASED JOB PROFILE NO FIXED SALARY . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Products / Services - VAT/ CORPORTATE TAX/ BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT OPENING / ONLINE MARKETING / WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT / MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT / BUSINESS SETUP SERVICES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
