Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Management consultant to work on a contract basis.

The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending strategic improvements to enhance operational performance and profitability.

Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions tailored to client-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies in client organizations through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, aligning solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the design and implementation of process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Document findings in clear, structured reports and presentations for executive audiences, ensuring measurable impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to derive insights from client datasets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
