About Grow360 Management Consultants
Grow360 Management Consultants helps entrepreneurs, investors, and international companies establish and grow their businesses in Saudi Arabia.
We provide complete business setup and corporate consulting services with 100% foreign ownership solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with company formation in Saudi Arabia.
- Handle MISA Investment License applications.
- Process Commercial Registration (CR) and Chamber registration.
- Coordinate Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and ZATCA registrations.
- Support corporate bank account opening.
- Guide clients through licensing and compliance requirements.
- Communicate with government authorities and stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the setup process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in Saudi company formation.
- Strong knowledge of MISA (SAGIA), CR, Chamber, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and ZATCA.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- English proficiency. Arabic is an advantage.
