Role & Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing achievement of targets as per company specifications in a KPI-focused environment.
- Providing excellent service & support to clients and keeping them regularly updated.
- Will act as a single point of contact with assigned clients.
- Ability to convince clients to use us as their corporate service provider for all services related to business incorporation, VAT advisory, PRO services, and banking services.
- Should be able to complete assigned administrative tasks.
- Passion to achieve results and exceed targets.
- Advise clients with out-of-the-box solutions that suit their individual needs.
- Client-first attitude is a must.
- Should be solution-centric.
- Able to deliver and maintain high standards of client satisfaction at all times.
- Willingness to put in extra hours as required.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies.
- Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and practical processes.
- Business knowledge across different industries.
- Knowledge of business modeling, feasibility studies, and business planning.
- Information regarding various free zones and their end-to-end processes (MEYDAN / SHAMS / IFZA /
Dmcc /
HAFZA / RAKEZ / MYZ and more) is a plus.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Arabic would be a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct client-facing sales as a Business Setup Advisor.
- Candidates with business banking experience will also be considered.
