The Opportunity
Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme for a high-profile organisation within the transport and aviation sector.
This role will focus on driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business change and stakeholder engagement plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and programme teams
- Support the adoption of new processes, technologies and operating models
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Identify and manage change risks and barriers to adoption
- Deliver clear reporting on change progress, readiness and key risks
- Ensure programme benefits are understood and embedded across the business
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Experience leading change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments
Desirable
- Experience within transport, aviation, infrastructure or logistics sectors
- Consulting or professional services background
- Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Previous experience working in the Middle East
