Candidate profile

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, AI, digital transformation, or business change initiatives.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience driving technology adoption, supporting behavioral change, and delivering measurable outcomes is advantageous.

Pay and contract

• Salary is £49,817–£53,051 per annum.
• Fixed-term contract for one year; 37 hours per week.

Work location

• Job location is Shire Hall, Block 4, 1st Floor, Gloucester.
