Position: Business Center Manager (Multi-Location – Dubai Hills & Vision Tower)
We are looking for a strong and dynamic Business Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two premium Flowork centers :located in Dubai Hills Business Park and Vision Tower, Business Bay.
The position will be based primarily at our Vision Tower flagship location and requires someone who can confidently manage both centers with a balance of leadership, sales acumen, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effortlessly balance client relationships and sales performance, and brings contagious positivity to the team.
You should be naturally driven, charismatic, and passionate about people able to sell, manage, and inspire with the same enthusiasm every day.
Sales & Occupancy Management
- Achieve and maintain 90% or higher occupancy by proactively generating leads and converting inquiries into signed agreements
- Conduct professional tours of the business center, showcasing available office spaces and facilities
- Prepare and send customized proposals based on client requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and ensure timely collection of payments and post-dated cheques
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target
- Drive occupancy growth through targeted sales strategies and proactive client engagement
- Manage renewals, new business development, and subscription audits to maximize revenue
Multi-Location Management
- Oversee and manage operations for more than two Flowork locations when required
- Ensure consistent service standards, occupancy performance, and facility upkeep across all assigned branches
- Coordinate schedules, team support, and reporting for each location managed
Client Onboarding & Relations
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless move-in experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Build strong client relationships to encourage renewals, upsell opportunities, and referrals
Facility & Operations Oversight
- Ensure the business center is always presentable, well-maintained, and fully operational
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, IT support, cleaning, and supply management
- Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
Meeting Room & Event Support
- Support clients with logistics for workshops, events, or training sessions held within the center
CRM & Reporting
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or equivalent systems
- Ensure full documentation of client interactions and sales activities
Training & Team Leadership
- Spearhead the training and onboarding of new team members, building a strong customer service culture from day one
- Lead recruitment, performance management, coaching, and ongoing development of team members
- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and KPI tracking
Financial Management
- Oversee monthly P&L reporting, invoicing accuracy, and sales forecasting to align with business targets
Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Downtown and Business Bay areas, including demand trends, pricing strategies, and competitor insights
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends
- Use market knowledge to tailor offers, generate leads, and support negotiations.
