Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Banking Consultant to join HMB Group’s Banking Consultancy Division.
This is a hybrid role — 60% focused on sales and client acquisition and 40% on banking advisory and deal execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong banking background, an active UAE network, and the hunger to build a client portfolio from the ground up.
Sales & Business Development (60%)
- Prospect and onboard SME, corporate, and entrepreneur clients requiring banking solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and networking
- Develop and present tailored banking consultancy proposals to potential clients
- Drive revenue through consultancy mandates, retainer agreements, and success fees
- Represent HMB Group at client meetings, industry events, and business forums
Banking Advisory (40%)
- Guide clients through business and corporate bank account opening processes
- Advise on trade finance, working capital, equipment financing, and credit structuring
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients
- Support clients with banking documentation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
