Role Description
The Business Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role involves supporting daily financial and business operations, including assisting with accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
The Business Associate will help analyze business performance, contribute to tax planning activities, and support strategy development for client growth.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
The role also involves handling basic customer service inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Business skills to support accounting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with team members.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g., VAT and corporate tax), and experience using accounting or ERP software would be beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
