Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Hindi speaker Real Estate Administrative Assistant

to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a real estate agency or with a property developer and must possess in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including key areas, developers, and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales agents and brokers with administrative tasks and client coordination
  • Provide market insights and data on Dubai’s real estate developments and trends
  • Assist with property listings, CRM updates, and client follow-ups
  • Communicate with Russian-speaking clients, offering high-quality service and guidance
  • Coordinate property viewings, prepare documentation, and follow up on leads
  • Liaise with developers and agencies to obtain project information and marketing materials
  • Translate real estate documents and presentations (English/Russian) when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate (agency or developer)
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai property market (areas, developers, off-plan & ready projects)
  • Fluent in Hindi; strong communication skills in English
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc., is a plus)
  • UAE residency or valid work permit preferred

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
