Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused Role)

• Actively generate and convert leads into sales through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Promote and sell **banking products** such as corporate bank accounts, mortgages, mutual funds, and investment solutions.
• Drive **business setup sales** by advising clients on UAE company formation (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore).
• Achieve **monthly and annual sales targets** through new client acquisition and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to close deals and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends to enhance sales strategies and offerings.

Requirements (Strictly Sales Background)

• **Mandatory:** Proven experience in **sales** (banking, financial services, insurance, or business setup consultancy).
• Strong track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets**.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a **target-driven, fast-paced environment**.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
