Role summary
Lead business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across four regions.
Oversee NetSuite and Power BI integration and develop regional dashboards, predictive analytics, and forecasting solutions across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Work with FP&A and regional leadership to turn business requirements into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
Analytics and business support
- Lead the regional NetSuite–Power BI analytics environment across four regions.
- Develop executive dashboards for Finance, Sales, and Operations and translate FP&A requirements into KPIs and analytical solutions.
- Identify regional performance trends, risks, opportunities, and gaps.
- Develop predictive analytics, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business planning.
- Provide insights for revenue, profitability, cost, and operational decisions.
- Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and data definitions across regions.
- Apply Power BI Copilot, Q&A, and Smart Narrative where applicable; explore Python, Azure ML, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI where required.
- Automate reporting, reduce manual Excel dependence, and establish data governance, accuracy, and Power BI usage practices.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to regional finance and business teams; partner with FP&A and regional leadership.
Experience and expertise
- 8+ years in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Proven NetSuite and Power BI integration experience and experience supporting multiple countries, regions, or business units.
- Strong Finance, Sales, and Operations analytics background; experience in forecasting, predictive analytics, and scenario modelling.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen and ability to connect data to business performance.
- Python, Azure ML, Prophet, or similar predictive tools are advantageous.
- AI/GenAI experience, including Azure OpenAI or ChatGPT API, is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior leaders and regional teams.
