Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting
business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives.
The role involves
working closely with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams and Vendor to
design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.
Business Requirements & Analysis
Engage with corporate banking (WBG), operations, and product teams to gather
Requirements
Analyze current-state cash management processes
Define future-state solutions
Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories
Corporate Digital Channels
Account Services
Payments (Domestic (FTS, NPSS, IPP), Cross-border (Swift/Remittance), WPS, Card &
Utility)
Collections & Receivables (Direct Debit, Remote Check Scanning, PDC Management)
Stakeholder Management
Act as bridge between business and IT
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
Coordinate with vendors
Testing & Uat
Define test cases and scenarios
Support SIT and UAT
Track defects and closures
Implementation Support
Support implementation lifecycle
Assist in training and go-live
Provide post-go-live support
Skills & Competencies
Cash management and payments knowledge
Process mapping and documentation
Stakeholder communication
Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV), Data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
8–10 years banking experience
Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g.,Intellect, Oracle,
