Role overview

Experience and skills

• Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis, user stories, BRD/FRD preparation, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, UAT coordination, and client onboarding.
• Relevant domains include KYC/AML, broking and trading, wealth management, portfolio management services, capital markets, private banking, and client lifecycle management.
• SQL, API and system integration concepts, and understanding of SDLC.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies; JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valued: private banking or wealth platforms, onboarding systems, trading platforms, SEBI/RBI initiatives, investment products, and Agile project delivery.

Accountabilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring organizational change.
• Develop business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on suitable solutions.
• Support business cases and conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Report project progress and support delivery on time and within budget.
• Create operational and process designs within agreed scope.
• Support change management, including traceability matrices, to ensure solutions are implemented and embedded.
