Business Analyst with Cloud (AWS/AMS)

Project overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and document cloud operational processes, change-management models, and operating frameworks for AWS and AMS.
• Analyze datasets, identify operational bottlenecks, and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead and support project delivery from discovery through deployment, aligned with business goals and timelines.
• Communicate technical and operational concepts to technical teams and executive-level non-technical audiences.
• Run workshops, user interviews, and process-mapping sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support cloud-native operating-model transitions and adoption of change controls and governance practices.

Required qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience with direct exposure to cloud operational processes and ITSM/ITIL.
• Strong analytical capability and demonstrated evidence-based decision-making.
• Advanced or fluent written and spoken English, with clear presentation skills.
• Track record of taking initiative, leading delivery workstreams, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, process-mapping tools, and tracking tools.

Cloud expertise and tools

• AWS and AWS Managed Services (AMS) experience is strongly preferred.
• Example tools include Lucidchart, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
