Project Overview
Support design and implementation of a modern online registration system for internal and external users.
The role works with stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business, system, and data requirements; define use cases, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, Visio and swimlane diagrams, and Figma prototypes; analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions; liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Clarify requirements with development teams, lead QA testing, coordinate UAT, and maintain and groom the product backlog.
- Use database analysis and SQL for data analysis and validation; support digital transformation and systems re-engineering.
- Work across Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, system, and data requirements.
- Strong proficiency in Visio and swimlane process diagrams; experience developing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Database analysis and SQL experience; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience leading requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Technology Stack
- The project technology stack includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MuleSoft middleware.
- The public-facing portal uses Java and React.
Work Arrangement
- Onsite five days per week, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding lunch breaks).
