Responsibilities
- Analyze project management processes and identify improvements.
- Build subject matter expertise in Omega 365 tools and processes; present projects, products, ideas, and findings.
- Create training materials and deliver training; lead implementation work and coordinate technical staff, process clarification, and testing as needed.
- Organize and participate in client events, webinars, training sessions, and workshops.
- Monitor cloud product features and identify product or enhancement opportunities based on client demand.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met, lead other initiatives as directed, and escalate issues that could affect customer success or company objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent computer, analytical, and English communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-driven.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
Preferred qualification
- PMP certification is desired.
Workplace and duration
- The role is based in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- The position is permanent.
