Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Optimize NetSuite configuration, reporting, and functionality to meet business needs; work with users to understand processes and improve their use of the system.
• Design and document SuiteScript and workflow customizations, including basic and advanced customizations, and support existing account customizations.
• Facilitate integrations and communications between NetSuite and related software.
• Generate custom reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards for users.
• Keep informed about NetSuite features and recommend improvements.
• Train users and provide documentation on effective NetSuite use.
• Support collaboration and coordinate project timing among analytics team members.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with NetSuite or a similar SaaS software package.
• A bachelor's degree or similar formal education in computer science or a related field is optional based on experience.
• Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
• Ability to support data imports and migration, maintain NetSuite updates, configure and customize NetSuite, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ability to provide relevant reports and KPIs using NetSuite dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, written and verbal communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide user support and training across departments; strong leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.

Work location

• Work location is in person in San Angelo, Texas; the posting states the candidate must be able to commute.
