Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide site coordination and monitor program deliverables across 12 program areas.
• Perform quality control on deliverables and service-level requirement data.
• Perform project management functions as needed.
• Prepare communications about project performance, deliverable development, and customer or internal needs.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding in TekSynap and customer systems.
• Manage and review financial files for accuracy and completeness in PDF and Excel formats.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be eligible for a Public Trust (NRC IT-1).

Schedule and travel

• Day shift, Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends may be requested to meet program and contract needs.
• Travel may be up to 10%.
