Role overview

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems architecture, enterprise platforms, data analytics, AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation into operational and strategic initiatives.
• Help modernize legacy systems, improve digital service delivery, automate processes, and optimize IT investments.
• Conduct research, analysis, and technical assessments; synthesize insights; and facilitate client workshops.
• Prepare presentations, visualize and interpret data, configure and implement enterprise platforms, and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of consulting or retail experience, including business transformation, operating models, service modernization, digital solutions, or strategy execution.
• Technical skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project; knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and emerging AI applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, computer science, or information systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, initiative, creativity, and adaptability skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada, able to enter the United States for client work, and willing to travel as needed.
• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or cloud certifications are assets.

Compensation
