  • Create business cases, use cases, workflow diagrams, and other documentation.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and support implementation.
  • Track industry trends and recommend process improvement practices.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least two years of experience in business analysis or a related field and at least two years of experience in data analysis and business process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common data and reporting tools.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident under federal contract requirements.
  • Able and willing to travel to Puerto Rico as needed, up to 15%.

Preferred qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience with business analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or PMBOK.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with geospatial, environmental, or housing-related programs.
