Business Analyst - Procurement & ERP

Overview

Requirements

• Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis* Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and specifications.
• Document use cases, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Analysis & Reporting* Analyze operational and client data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate actionable insights to enhance delivery processes and customer engagement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Process Improvement & Optimization* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and standardize delivery processes.
• Support the implementation of best practices in project management, documentation, and communication.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration* Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions while documenting outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to communicate business concepts, processes, and ideas concisely while adapting to different audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS platforms, or experience within the technology or financial sectors is an advantage.
