An early-career role supporting the sales team with customer-facing analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Collect, format, and analyze complex data from multiple platforms and formats.
- Create presentations that turn consolidated data into concise financial analyses and value stories.
- Become the subject matter expert for assigned categories and answer sales-team questions about contracts and analyses.
- Produce ad hoc analyses and reports and maintain assessments and other deliverables.
- Identify data-quality issues in uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Communicate with internal and external teams, manage expectations and escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Make decisions in ambiguous situations and help build a data-driven organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Excel, including pivot tables/reports, conditional formulas, formatting, XLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead calls or meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity or experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, organized, and able to manage time and workload.
- Some familiarity with the sales cycle and/or sales operations environment is desirable.
