Business Analyst

Analyze business processes and functional requirements to identify improvement opportunities

Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements with stakeholders

Develop clear, implementation-ready user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria

Review test cases and scenarios to ensure alignment with business requirements

Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to UAT and release

Coordinate with Product Owner and business teams for requirement sign-off

Identify UAT scenarios and support UAT execution with stakeholders

Manage production issues, defect tracking, and change requests raised by users

Conduct demos with stakeholders to showcase delivered features and business value

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and drive disciplined sprint execution

Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner

Identify, track, and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery

Drive sprint predictability, team commitments, and timely delivery of sprint goals

Monitor key delivery metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, progress tracking)

Promote collaboration across Business, Dev, QA, and Product teams

Drive continuous improvement through retrospective outcomes and process enhancements

Provide clear visibility on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Support release planning, defect triage, and production readiness activities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

Experience in handling production support and issue management

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
